I had an excellent stay at Kyriad Prestige Calangute Goa By Othpl. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing a comfortable accommodation for my family. The chefs at the hotel, Chef Rashmi and Chef Sumant, prepared delicious dishes that catered to our taste buds perfectly. The food variety, including Tandoori Curry, Grills Cold Cuts, Salads, Soups, and Desserts. The hotel staff, including the Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, and Food Production teams, made us feel at home throughout our stay. They followed a "YES I CAN" philosophy, always ready to assist and accommodate our needs. The hospitality portrayed by the entire team truly reflected the essence of Indian hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Goa.
Despite the overall positive experience, the breakfast menu could have been better in terms of preparation and readiness. Additionally, the hotel lacks parking space on the property, and the nearby parking area was not well-maintained.

Clean, well-maintained premises. Helpful and polite staff. Vast and balanced breakfast menu. Upgraded to a bigger room. Pleasantly surprised by towel art.
Nothing, all was good.

It's really clean, considering goa overall. That's the only good thing about the hotel.
I did not like the location, the beach is overcrowded. If you are a foreigner, avoid Calangute, especially this part of it. But the worst was hotel managements. It was very unprofessional. Me and my family felt like kids in the school - "don't do this, don't do that, this is not allowed, that is also not allowed". To have coffee I brought outside (as hotel's coffee machine was out of order) I had to hide almost. My fiancée was not allowed to enter my room in the day time. He (being Indian) was very rudely told "guests are not allowed beyond the pool area". We have never get this kind of treatment in any of the hotels in India and abroad. Wifi was not working mostly, and to make it work I had to spend half an hour at the reception trying dozens of passwords, they all were expired, until at last got the valid one. Isn't it a job of hotel managers to keep passwords records updated? The hotel management should educate staff, reconsider rules and policies or else - price of staying. Guests are paying for their comfort, not only for clean towels.

Location is good and staff are friendly.
Towels and beds were not clean. You can see that they are heavily used and have smudges in them.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, being just a short distance from the bustling beach and right in the heart of the main market area. This made it very convenient for us to explore and access all the amenities we needed. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool. The hotel staff were phenomenal, providing top-notch service and catering to all our needs. They were particularly helpful in recommending local cuisine and ensuring that we were well taken care of. With amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a delightful breakfast spread, this hotel definitely delivered a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is quite close to the main street and restaurants, which is very convenient. , the room was clean and well kept with fresh towels and beddings every day. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including vegetarian choices.
The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, making it a bit difficult to enjoy the stay. , the Wi-Fi connection was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating for a business trip where I needed to work online.
